Today’s #EngineersWeek feature is Kelsey Brucks, PE. Kelsey is a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in MEP system design and project management, leading her team on complex projects in multiple regions. Kelsey recently began taking piano lessons after a 20-year break and can almost play a simplified version of Pachelbel’s Canon—a true testament to her dedication to continuous learning. Our next #EngineersWeek feature takes us to our Albuquerque office with Colton Alexander! When Colton was just 3 years old, he found a screwdriver and took apart the family VCR. That’s when his parents knew engineering was in his future! Fast forward to today, and he’s a seasoned Project Manager & Electrical Engineer. Safe to say, he's come a long way from dismantling VCRs! #EEACE #BornToBeAnEngineer

Our next #EngineersWeek feature was Born to Be an Engineer… Eventually! Not all engineers start out knowing their path—just ask Ricardo Arana! It wasn’t until a senior year engineering class in high school that he realized his passion for problem solving. Now, as a Mechanical Engineer in Training (EIT) here at EEA, he's specializing in industrial, plumbing, and mechanical design, bringing his innovative solutions to every project. Fun fact: Before designing systems, Ricardo played tuba and sousaphone in school. And if engineering doesn’t work out… there's always a career in Mario Kart domination.
