Ryder System’s 10th Annual E-Commerce Report, “The Influence of Omnichannel Excellence on Consumer Behavior,” highlights a shift in shopping preferences! ?? Key Findings: ? 61% of shoppers enjoy in-store shopping — a 21% increase from last year! ?? For apparel, 54% buy in-store; for cosmetics, 41% prefer physical locations. ?? Mobile is essential: 77% of shoppers search for items on their devices while in stores.
