Update: tariff implementation for Mexico and Canada has been paused by President Trump for 30 days, making March 6th the tentative effective date, unless further modified. Tariff amendment for China is updated in HTSUS. Tomorrow, February 4th, 2025, three Presidential Executive Orders are expected to take effect. These will increase the tariffs on goods imported from China, Mexico, and Canada into the United States. With regard to ships' spares, this will primarily affect consumption entries (i.e. landed spares), but will also impact small packages sent on DAP terms (i.e. via DHL).
