Congratulations to Golden Years Nursing and Rehab for becoming a CMS 5-star facility! This team has worked tirelessly to improve quality measures and outcomes, and it has paid off! We had so much fun celebrating with them this week, and are excited to watch them continue to grow. Shoutout to Connor Hughes, LNFA, MHA for helping build this team. As a recent graduate of Eduro's AIT Academy, we knew he was the right one for the job, and he's only getting started!

Celebrating with the team at Cypress Woods for an amazing annual survey! It's not easy staying on top of industry regulations, but this team has done a fantastic job of keeping their residents happy, healthy, and safe!

Battle of the buildings! We had four facilities from the Magnolia Region get together today for a friendly kickball game! Each building sent a few employees to represent, and everyone had a great time getting outside for a couple hours of fun. Most of our facilities are spaced too far apart for this to be a feasible activity, but we love when those who are location-permitting get together for things like this. This is one of the many reasons we love how our growth has helped build culture over the years!

I'm thrilled to announce our first annual Eduro Summit, taking place in Las Vegas from April 21-24, 2025. While we've held retreats and large meetings in the past, this event marks a new milestone for us. With over 230 attendees, including all of our facility-level leadership, we'll engage in intensive training and impactful meetings, along with some fun activities. I'm particularly excited to announce that Dave Sedgwick and Scott White, two highly respected industry veterans, will be our keynote speakers. I don't believe you can find two better guys out there to address our company. Thank you both! We'll also be joined by various vendors. If you're a vendor and interested in participating, please reach out to me. I'd also like to extend my sincere thanks to Brent B. and Steve Borgquist for their assistance with vendor coordination through Beacon Purchasing. I look forward to seeing you all in Las Vegas!

First pickleball event was a success! When we learned there is a The Picklr location just down the road from our corporate office, we had to book an event with them. They had a professional instructor to show us the ropes, then led our group through a friendly (but competitive) tournament! Probably safe to say that we will be back again soon!

Acquisition days are the best days! We just added two more Texas facilities to the Eduro portfolio. Richardson (237 beds) in the Dallas area, and Castle Hills (143 beds) in the San Antonio market. We've got some exciting updates planned for both physical locations, and are eager to work with these teams to help them better serve their communities. Thanks for the love from all the staff! You'll see a lot more of us over the next few weeks as our local resources spend time on site doing what they do best!

Great time celebrating with The Suites Rio Vista (Rio Rancho, NM) last week! This team has accomplished so much together in the past year, and they're just getting started! Joseph Foxhood, LNHA has done incredible work leading the team here ??
