WOOOO! Successfully defended my thesis dissertation, "Edible origami for intestinal-retentive medical devices" on Monday at Carnegie Mellon University. Thank you again to my advisors, Christopher Bettinger and Zeynep Temel, for your guidance and support along the journey as well as my committee members for their thoughtful questions and advice. Shoutout to Department of Materials Science and Engineering at CMU along with my lab mates for supporting this research. I'll be working full-time at Edulis Therapeutics as well as continuing some academic projects at CMU. Bouncing between Nashville and Pittsburgh. Loved my time at CMU and I look forward to getting this work published this summer! - Dr. Matonis
