Who We Are: The Educere Institute offers content, tools, and consulting to help businesses, nonprofits, and communities thrive in their environment. Professional development is a collaborative effort to foster increased knowledge regarding leadership, team building, cultural competencies, communication, and conflict resolution. What We Do: Through the delivery of customized training, we address the sensitive aspects of cultural competencies such as diversity and inclusion, access and equity, privilege, and implicit bias. Other areas of expertise will embrace progressive notions like authentic transformational leadership, work-life balance, wellness, and mindfulness. The Educere Institute offers program and business leaders more than just timely lessons in political correctness.   • Woo-Hoo!! I'm celebrating my 2-year anniversary of owning my small business! ?? Two years ago, I started this journey with big dreams, lots of passion, and a commitment to making a difference. Today, I'm proud to see how far I've come—thanks to incredible partnerships and the supportive community around me. The journey has had its challenges but also countless rewarding moments.
