ESC Region 12 was honored to join the 2024 Prosper Waco Summit! ?? Our team connected with regional leaders to address key issues impacting Waco, from the mental health crisis to youth opportunities and food insecurity. A meaningful moment for us was seeing our Executive Director Kenny Berry share insights on a panel moderated by former Executive Director Dr. Jerry Maze ?? We’re grateful to Prosper Waco for fostering these important conversations that will help build a stronger, more resilient community. Thank you for having us!

A big thank you to the @GreaterWacoChamber for uniting business, education, and workforce development organizations at ESC Region 12 this week. Their annual Education to Workforce Forum was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and focus on ensuring our region builds the skilled workforce needed today AND for the future ??

#ThrowbackThursday to when we joined Texas Education Agency Commissioner Mike Morath and Texas State Representative Angelia Orr for a visit to Hillsboro Independent School District last month. We got to see how their Texas Instructional Leadership practices have produced amazing results! Exciting things are happening across Region 12, and we’re proud to stand alongside our districts and support their continued growth and accomplishments.

Last week, we had the honor of celebrating some of the best educators in our region at our 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year Reception! ??
