Greenbush began in 1976 to help schools pool resources and stretch their dollars through collaborative projects. From professional development to grant writing; from special education services to cooperative purchasing; from home-based parent education to overnight camping adventures; Greenbush leads the way in ensuring every learner has access to the resources they need to succeed.

  • Yesterday, Circle - Volume 2, Unit 7 gathered at Circle Middle School for an engaging day of LETRS training! Led by Certified LETRS Trainer Kim Perentis, participants delved into Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling, developed by Dr. Louisa Moats and Dr. Carol Tolman. LETRS is a professional development program that equips educators with the science of reading and practical classroom strategies to support literacy success. ?? LETRS isn’t a literacy curriculum—it’s a resource-packed framework that enhances any effective reading program. Participants left with new tools and insights to help every student thrive in reading and language.

  • The Regulated Classroom: Train the Trainer (2-day event) The Regulated Classroom in partnership with Greenbush Education Service Center and the Kansas Department of Education are proud to offer this transformative professional development opportunity to Kansas educators, reflecting their commitment to fostering positive learning environments and addressing the diverse needs of teachers and students across the state. If you are NOT from Kansas, we welcome you to register! Join us for a comprehensive 12-hour in-person professional development opportunity designed specifically for PreK-12 educators. This 2-day training will empower educators to address burnout and student dysregulation effectively within their schools and districts. Participants will gain a deep understanding of The Regulated Classroom? theories, practices, and tools, with a strong focus on recognizing personal patterns of stress activation and release. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, ensuring that you’re well taken care of throughout this powerful experience. Upon completion, educators will receive a certificate, training materials, an Educator Self-Care Toolkit which includes a guidebook. Each participant will be equipped share what they have learned with others at their school or district. We encourage attendees to take their knowledge back to their schools to train colleagues on the 4 core practices and essential educator capacities of the approach.
