Although we offer a variety of products and services since 2011, we have successfully positioned ourselves as a niche industry leader for renewable energy companies in providing support, guidance, motivation, and training of educators. These services are provided in accordance with our client’s specific objectives and reporting requirements. Since 2019 we have implemented education training programs at more than 25 schools in the Northern Cape Province, reflecting measured positive outcomes. Education training programs are developed and implemented according to ? Departmental Policies, ? Legislation, ? Curriculum Assessment Policy Statements (CAPS) and ? Annual Teaching Plans (ATP’s) and Guidelines. These programs are also designed to be measurable through assessments, to allow for transparent reporting. Results are analyzed, discussed, challenges identified for interventions, and solutions given for remedy. Our team of Professional Educationalists supply training, support, and guidance in the fields of Mathematics, Natural Science and Physical Science. We also offer a wide range of training to School Principals, School Management Teams (SMT’s), School Governing Bodies (SGBs), Educators, in School Self Evaluation (SSE), School Development Planning (SDP), School Improvement Planning (SIP), Strategic Planning, Motivation, Leadership and Management, Time Management and Study Methods. Through our tested programs, we are confident that we can enable renewable energy and mining companies, to improve the quality of education at the primary, intermediate, secondary schools, and communities surrounding their institutions and facilities.
