The Education Credit Union proudly serves members in Amarillo, Bushland and Canyon, Texas. Services ECU Services include: checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, car loans, mortgage loans, identity theft protection, safe deposit boxes, retirement strategies, investment strategies, IRAs, CDs and financial education. As a credit union, ECU is a not-for-profit financial institution. This means that the money ECU earns goes right back into the credit union, giving ECU the ability to provide members with great dividends, competitive rates, outstanding financial products and cutting-edge technology. No group of stockholders is benefiting from the success of ECU; only its members are! ECU members aren’t just a bunch of customer numbers. ECU members are part owners, giving them the right to vote in the annual election of the ECU volunteer board of directors. ECU is proud to volunteer for and support many of the wonderful organizations to which our members belong. We travel out into the community, furthering financial literacy. Each year, we award four scholarships to members who are graduating from high school, and we have donated more than $300,000 in Pocket Change grants to local teachers to fund projects in their classrooms. ECU is looking for multiple candidates to join and grow with our award-winning team! The IT Tech Support position will monitor and answer technical related requests by providing support in a timely manner, responding quickly and effectively to the needs received. The individual will be documenting tickets as necessary for completion and solutions on incidents reported. The Centralized Account Processor provides support to the Director of Deposit Operations, and all branch staff by processing complex account requests, reviewing legal documentation and handling other account processing duties. They have a thorough understanding of complex account types, documentation, regulatory requirements and account opening process.
