The EAW MissionWhat We Do
Education at Work operates work-based learning programs for the nation's largest companies employing hard-working and tech-savvy college students. Our corporate partners develop a diverse early-career pipeline of young professionals to fill critical talent needs. Education at Work students develop durable and technical skills while earning money to fund the cost of higher education.
Our Impact
While EAW’s collegiate workforce makes a positive impact for our clients, they have also reached remarkable milestones. EAW students have a 90% six-year graduation rate vs. an overall rate of 68% as compared to their institutional peers. 84% of EAW graduates say that EAW tuition assistance allowed them to graduate with less student debt and 86% are confident in their ability to repay their student loans.
