It was fantastic to present at #NASPA2025 on how EdSights AI-driven tools are transforming student support at Johnson & Wales University and the College of Charleston. A packed room of engaged educators made the time fly by and the presentation a wonderful experience. A huge thanks to Alicia Caudill for co-presenting and to the EdSights team for the opportunity to tell our story. Being back at NASPA—and in my hometown of New Orleans—made it a professional gift I will always treasure.
