What are the most influential factors in student achievement? I was pleasantly surprised to find this recent affirmation from global research meta-analyses: What had been referred to as "the new #1" just a few years ago - collective teacher efficacy - is now shown to be matched by culturally sustaining practices, based on meta-analyses of more than 132,000 studies.
