From 30 to 232 additional units! The Briarwood Apartments in Queens initially had 276 units across two buildings with a 60-foot rear yard. Other architecture firms claimed they could only add 30 more units, but despite zoning challenges, our team designed a solution adding 232 potential new units, far exceeding prior estimates.
