The DPS Series is a heated dewpoint hygrometer that can measure dewpoints up to 95°C (203°F) and as low as -35°C (-31°F). https://lnkd.in/e23-tTW9 This integrated system includes electronics in three available configurations, a chilled mirror dewpoint sensor, a sample flow meter/valve, assorted tubing and fittings all contained in a heated, temperature controlled NEMA-4 enclosure. The DPS Series heated hygrometers are available in multiple configurations with the following options: ? Automatic Blow-Back Filter: reverse pulse the sample filter to expel accumulated particulates ? Low Sample Flow Detection: ensure a reliable sample of process gas is flowing through the sensor ? Pressure Transducer: monitor and/or correct for readings at pressure ? Deluxe DPS Analyzer Interface: using the DewMaster precision hygrometer ? Auto Dialer: automatically send a pre-recorded "alarm condition detected" message to up to 4 phone numbers for sensitive process monitoring

Calibration takes place in a separate, environmentally controlled section of the building. The Model DPS3 chilled mirror hygrometer for measuring very high dew points in gases. https://lnkd.in/e8Hu_nFr When the dew point temperature of a sampled gas is equal to or higher than the temperature of the measurement system, saturation occurs in the sensing system causing liquid water to condense in the apparatus. Under these conditions, reliable dew point measurement us not possible. The DPS Series heated hygrometers solve this problem by heating all the components of the sensing system to a temperature above the dew point temperature of the sampled gas, preventing condensation in the measurement?system. The entire sampling system within the DPS, including the chilled mirror sensor, is heated. The heated sensor and system allow reliable, accurate measurement of high dew/frost point temperatures that are above the ambient temperature. The DPS heated chilled mirror hygrometer extracts a gas sample from the high temperature, high dew point environment, transports it through a heated hose and measures its dew point over the range of -35°C (-31°F) to as high as +95°C (203°F) dew/frost point temperature. ? Two available models are the DPS3 standard unit and the DPS5 deluxe unit that offers an advanced display, operational software and interface options.
