Edenbridge Health is a mission-driven, for-profit care delivery organization founded in 2016 with the mission of providing comprehensive, integrated, community-based, and person-centered care to the frail elderly. Our care delivery model is built upon the foundation of the successful Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model. We were founded and remain run by practicing PACE geriatricians who continue to provide direct participant care.

A special thanks and a happy nurses week to Shirley-Victory Nwajei, MSHLS, BSN, RN. She and Shekelia L. Hines, DPT are doing an excellent job making sure participant needs are met and they really have fun doing it!
It was a great privilege to attend #HESummit24 again this year! What a fantastic conference! I cherish the time spent connecting with such an impressive group of business leaders. The highlight for me was discussing my favorite topic: finding sustainable solutions for #Eldercare as the #BabyBoomers approach #Medicare age and increasingly wish to #AgeInPlace. What a great couple of days!! Yesterday in Yardley, PA’s LEGO?? Serious Play??session my favorite two builds were 1) a caregiver running across a bridge to get available services and 2) a model someone made of me to represent my big heart in doing this work!! Today I was taken on a tour of the FABULOUS Edenbridge PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) center in SE Washington DC by Jasmine Bailey! When they say EVERYTHING is included as part of this program they are NOT kidding!! The services are simply incredible for Wards 7 & 8 residents who qualify and I’m THRILLED that there are FINALLY services ALL IN ONE PLACE for the folks who really need it!! We talked about incorporating LEGO?? Serious Play ?? into their activity programs and I can’t wait to get started!! I gave them a couple of my LEGO fidget toys and left feeling on top of the world!!
