    Please join me in congratulating Adam Smeltzer on his 2 year anniversary with Eddy! ?? Adam is our Head of Customer Success and nearly all of our customers know him personally. In his 2 years with us Adam has made an astounding 20,000 ?? phone calls to customers and prospective customers. He once told me every time he makes a call he first thinks about his Mom and tries to treat each customer as he would treat her. In his time with Eddy Adam has contributed greatly to a churn rate that is now LESS than zero percent (meaning customers are happy and stay a very long time and tend to increase their business with us over time).
