This fundraising event honors our mission by showcasing inspiring stories from our community’s youth who are striving for sustainable independence. Guests will enjoy an exciting pre-dinner dessert competition featuring delectable creations from local businesses, then vote to select the winner. ?????????? ???????? ?????????? We're the only nonprofit in Northern Nevada that serves any homeless or at-risk youth aged 18-24, regardless of background or circumstance. We provide wraparound services including emergency shelter, meals, clothes, hygiene items, access to healthcare, and residential programs. In 2024, we provided services to 544 unique homeless and at-risk youth, and we anticipate the need will increase in 2025. Cheers to Four Years! Today, we’re celebrating two incredible Eddy House team members who have been making a difference for four years—Elisa and Amy! Their dedication, hard work, and vibrant personalities help keep Eddy House running smoothly every day. ? Elisa started as a Youth Advocate in 2021, became an Executive Assistant in 2022 (she interviewed for the role dressed as a wolf for Halloween—but took her paws off for the interview), and is now our amazing Office Manager! She keeps everything organized with her big heart, quick humor, and incredible dedication to our mission. We’d be lost without her! ? Amy is our data wizard, karaoke queen, and fitness enthusiast! She keeps our information flawlessly organized (seriously, without her, our data tracking would be chaos), and she brings her precision, sass, and love of tennis to the team every day. Whether she’s ensuring quality assurance, hitting the high notes, or starting a squat challenge in the breakroom, Amy makes Eddy House better in every way! ?
