As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive our success in the West Coast territory. We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to handle rental and contractor supply channel accounts across the West Coast. This role will focus on both existing and potential customers, with an emphasis on National Account development at branch and upper management levels. Key Responsibilities: -Manage and nurture relationships with rental and contractor supply channel accounts. -Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory. -Coordinate, present, and implement product training programs for EDCO customers. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Territory Includes: California, Hawaii, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, and New Mexico. Qualifications: -Proven experience in sales, preferably within the rental or contractor supply industry. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships. We are thrilled to share that EDCO was honored by the Frederick County Schools Agricultural Education Department at The Great Frederick Fair during their Future Farmers of America meeting! For over 20 years, we've proudly partnered with Frederick County Public Schools' Welding program(Frederick County Public Schools), donating excess steel for their educational projects. A big shoutout to our own Mark Glass, Jason Stanczyk, and Chip Long who were present to receive the award.
