ECS is proud to contribute to the development of the new DLS building adjacent to the Maryland State House in Annapolis. This 3-story state-of-the-art facility serves as a pivotal addition to Maryland’s legislative infrastructure. ECS provided important construction materials testing (CMT) and building envelope services, which provided structural integrity and mitigated water intrusion risks in this complex urban environment. This project harmonizes with the historic architecture of downtown Annapolis and supports the ongoing evolution of Maryland’s state-owned facilities.
