I was thrilled to be part of Cornell Tech’s Product & Tech Executive Leadership Program. What stood out to me was how it brought both product and tech leaders together—something that doesn’t happen often enough. So many events focus on one or the other, but this program really reinforced how critical that collaboration is for driving real impact. We covered a range of topics, including: ?? Using AI to transform business processes ?? Building high-performance product teams ?? Product principles (a highlight to hear from Scott Belsky!) ?? Technology strategy ...and so much more! Huge thanks to Keith Cowing, Karan Girotra, and Josh Hartmann for putting together such an impactful two days, and to all the speakers and organizers who made it happen. It was also amazing to finally meet Keith Cowing, one of our Prodify Fractional Leaders and Coaches, in person! A huge bonus for me was the focus on mindfulness, with a “walk and talk” on day 1 and breath work on day 2—brilliant ways to stay refreshed during intense sessions. I’ll definitely be incorporating these into future workshops I lead!
