As the end of year draws closer, I'd like to highlight two members of our HQ staff, Lauren W. and Dr. Steven L. Hall, who have been instrumental in our success this year. Lauren joined us 1.5 years ago and has made an incredible impact in a short time. From recruiting to operations, Lauren has worn many hats and learned so much along the way. Her hard work and adaptability have made her an invaluable part of the team. Steven came on board as our Chief of Staff in July this year, bringing extensive experience as a 25-year US Air Force veteran and serving as senior advisor to Department of State - Bureau of Medical Services, Council of College and Military Educators, Texas Veterans Commission, Centurion Military Alliance, and more. Steven has been pivotal in overseeing the quality management of our contracts, ensuring we meet the highest standards of excellence. Both Lauren and Steven's dedication inspire the Ecompex, Inc. team to aim higher every day. Thank you both for your contributions to our mission!

ECOMPEX Salutes - Transportation Security Administration (TSA) The Aviation and Transportation Security Act and the birth of TSA. On this day, November 19, 2001, former President George W. Bush signed the Aviation and Transportation Security Act (ATSA), forever changing air travel as it was once known. The TSA of today has enthusiastically entered into surface transportation – mass transit, passenger and freight rail, highway and motor carrier, pipeline and maritime security and has evolved into the flexible and agile organization to defend against ever-evolving threats to the security of our nation’s transportation systems. ECOMPEX IS HIRING - Clinical Program Manager - Falls Church, VA Position Details: -Monitor and track the progress of high-reliability efforts from Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) through the strategy plan and trends. -Help develop standards and evaluation criteria for Trusted Care. -Prepare a variety of documents such as letters, staff summary sheets, spreadsheets, presentations, and transmittals. -Evaluate and coach MTF staff members by performing onsite sustainment visits. -Attend and lead meetings and respond to inquiries professionally through approved AFMS communication channels. -Oversee training, coaching, education, or conference planning and lead as an instructor during any training event. -Prepare summarized training reports from training events that cover the date, length, participants, and a short overview of lessons learned, risks, or best practices.
