The Eckford Virtual Mentorship program provides talented black and latinx students with industry-experienced professional mentors in their area of study. In an increasingly competitive job market, highly connected groups of people are significantly advantaged in gaining internship opportunities and references. Eckford aims to provide equity to black and latinx students who often don't benefit from a hiring culture steeped in nepotism.
