Echometer is excited to announce the release of the TAM 1.9 software! One of the many great features added to TAM 1.9 is the “Dual Shot” module, built intentionally for use with wireless equipment to identify tubing / casing communication points (i.e. – Holes in Tubing or Passing Gas Lift Valves). No additional software license will be required when using the new module. Analyzing benefits in the Dual Shot Module: -The software now allows for the pairing of two wireless acoustic sensors in the tool bar that will be viewed with independent dual acoustic traces prior to the wellhead attachment being fired. -When analyzing the “Dual Shot”, results will be overlayed with both “Firing” and “Listening” traces. -The user will have the ability to independently scale and shift the acoustic traces. -A “Cross Communication Reference” line in the individual analysis can also be added to the acoustic trace to indicate communication points. These many features can be reported in the TAM software or by the new PDF report created especially for the “Dual Shot” module.
