On February 12th, ECHN hosted a CME event on Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy for Complex Wound Healing. Dr. William Tettelbach, CMO with RestorixHealth discussed over-coming radiation induced and chronic non-healing challenges and how HBO Therapy can be an effective treatment to improve outcomes and more importantly improve patients’ quality of life. Dr. Eric Thompson, ECHN’s Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine’s Medical Director, provided a wonderful tour and hands-on educational experience in showcasing the two HBO Therapy Chambers that ECHN has right here at Manchester Memorial Hospital.
