I had the distinct pleasure to about the emerging field of counter-terrorism medicine (https://www.ctm-e.org/) from Julien Marx (https://lnkd.in/gu8mSGkv). Who also introduced me to the new Counter-Terrorism Medicine Europe Centre. That Centre plans to develop the most extensive research and resource portal for clinicians and incident responders. We are here to improve the guidelines and the research around this dynamic new field of medicine and set the standard for preparedness and response to asymmetric terrorist attacks. (https://www.ctm-e.org/) If you or anyone you know in your network is a first responder, disaster management response in health care, law enforcement, or armed forces healthcare, this is something to share with them.
