The spring-like weather in the final week of February made it the perfect time to resume jobsite visits! These visits offer a fantastic opportunity to bring together office staff and field crews, and allows the office team to see firsthand the projects they’ve been contributing to behind the scenes.

? After World War II, Eby continued to grow along with the rest of the U.S. ? Eby took work outside the state of Kansas for the first time by constructing town site facilities for the War Department in Harlan County, Nebraska. ? In addition to War Department projects, clients included ATSF Railway, Southwestern Bell Telephone, and the City of Wichita.

Throwback to Envision Dallas' Grand Opening! The event took place last October and was well attended by supporters of the project. Guests were given personalized tours of the facility to see firsthand the resources and capabilities that are now available. It's uplifting to witness such commitment to enhancing lives and creating opportunities for individuals with vision loss. We are thrilled to be a part of such a powerful endeavor! Health Ministries Clinic expanded with a 7,413 SF building near their main clinic and hired Eby as the construction manager. The project involved transforming a former daycare into a modern dental clinic. We demolished 90% of the interior walls and 75% of the floor slab to accommodate new plumbing and electrical systems. The redesigned space now features 14 dental exam/treatment rooms, a reception area, staff lounge, laundry room, locker rooms, offices, and workrooms. Highlights include glass barn-style sliding doors, cushioned LVT flooring, and a repurposed tornado shelter as the staff lounge. VRF heating and cooling units allow for individual room temperature control. Exterior upgrades included a new vestibule, stone and aluminum siding, and expanded parking—increasing spaces from 31 to 73.

Construction of the Pentagon began in 1941 and was completed in just 16 months by 3,000 workers, using innovative methods to meet the deadline. It’s a prime example of efficient project management in large-scale construction.
