You are invited to consult the new edition of the inventory of court cases concerning Europe’s banking union. Updated until 23 October 2024, this list provides an overview of proceedings against the European Central Bank and the EU’s resolution authority, plus further relevant court cases. This directory of cases, published on the EBI website since 2017, shows the increasing litigiousness in relations between Euro Area banks and their supervisors and authorities competent for resolution (and for levying contributions to the fund from which to finance restructuring of failing credit institutions). Please, visit: https://lnkd.in/dcucMewv. We appreciate the work of Professor emeritus René Smits and Federico Della Negra for compiling the list since 2017 and for Thomaz de Arruda to step in Federico’s shoes for this edition and henceforth. #eu #banking #finance #law #bankingunion #jurisprudence #SingleRulebook #Eulaw #CJEU #SRB #ECB
