?????CLIMATE WEEK NYC RECAP! ???? What an impactful time we had at #ClimateWeek NYC 2024! SIMPLi popped up at 10+ events and our co-founder Sarela Herrada represented SIMPLi on multiple panels, sharing our journey and vision for a regenerative future and stronger food systems. ??We started off the week at the Food Tank & The James Beard Foundation Climate Week NYC Kick-Off, where Sarela Herrada spoke alongside Julia Collins (Founder of Planet FWD), Andy Levitt (Founder of Brightly), and Corey Blumenthal (Sustainability Specialist at Shake Shack) about climate solutions that get real results. ??Together on a panel at the Climate Change x Social Equity Salon with Amy Auguston, Katia Osei, and Stacy Flynn, Sarela Herrada shared her inspiring insights in discussions about the intersection of climate and equity. ??Wrapping up our week, Sarela Herrada gave a personal and powerful address at "The State of Regenerative Agriculture” with Why Regenerative where she dove deep into how businesses like SIMPLi are leading the way in the regenerative movement and why she has hope for the future. It was incredible to witness the enthusiasm, energy, and community driving this movement forward. From meaningful conversations to actionable solutions and advice, Climate Week NYC reinforced our belief that regenerative practices and working in tandem with others are key to addressing climate change.
