    Here’s what went down at Natural Products Expo ???? ?? This was my second year attending, and let me tell you! It’s a lot haha. My feet are officially retired for the week after all the walking. Expo West is a massive gathering of food, beverage, beauty, and wellness brands showcasing their latest products. Think endless booths, exciting activations, and a whole lot of sampling. Here are some of my standout favorites: Jackson's Food Company , Fabalish , Eat the Change , Todo Verde , meati? , Stockeld Dreamery , Kula Foods, SIMPLi , Switch Foods , Bread SRSLY , Violife , Cleancult , Impossible Foods , Tofurky A small reflection: there is a huge push for climate and regenerative friendly brands, I definitely feel that we are headed more towards the next big shift of climate.     When we launched our first-ever collaboration with Erewhon,?Thai Up the World by Lisa (Instagram: @lalalalisa_m ? ), we knew it was something special. However, we did not expect it to blow up the way it did. Lisa and Erewhon’s collaborative launch post has since hit 31.4 million views, and we’ve seen coverage from major outlets like NYLON, ELLE Magazine, Vogue, and Tatler Asia. ? This moment is a reminder that sometimes, a product resonates in a way you can’t fully predict. Marketing isn’t about chasing virality—it’s about building something worth talking about that also feels authentic. "I can say that it's always both surprising and disappointing how many restaurants just don't even think about the need to appeal to a wide audience.
