Our Corporate Social Responsibility team — EasyPost Gives a Ship — has come up with a virtual volunteering event called “Send a Smile: Writing to Senior Centers” for the month of April.
Anna is elevating the definition of program management
One of her biggest motivators to be in the STEM field was to rewrite the narrative of women in tech. “The World of engineering, technical support and code development was fascinating to me as well as the surprised faces of people who didn't believe that you could be smart and successful in this field”. This past year Anna has helped EasyPost establish communications across departments, create a process structure, and has brought added transparency and visibility across the organization.
Megan is building a foundation for scaling
What motivates Megan is the opportunity to work with talented individuals and build the company from the ground up. She continues to learn something new within the organization on a daily basis. "It's rewarding to work with an entrepreneurial team to disrupt such an archaic industry. Everyday I'm energized by the team around me and the problems we're trying to solve."
