A big thank you to Dominic Florio, our Service Delivery Coordinator in Marquette, for all he's done to earn an I.C.E. Award Nomination this month! These kind words from one of his colleagues are a perfect example of what he brings to his role: “Dominic handles all 3rd-party maintenance trades on top of service coordinating, answering phones, helping on the weekends, and opening the phones up everyday at 6:00am. He's always on top of getting the maintenance trades scheduled with the providers and works hard at making sure the customers are happy in the meantime. She is eager to learn and continue growing. She works in our weekend rotation to help answer phones, coordinates a large amount of service work orders, and always has a positive attitude. Tiffany was chosen by her colleagues for being relentlessly resourceful and productive, and always making things happen when it comes to operations in Orlando. Congrats to Debby Ganz, our Marquette branch’s Logistics Coordinator, for her August I.C.E Award nomination! She goes above and beyond each and every day. Her job is not easy, but she makes it happen. She is a HUGE support to all of us and has so much knowledge and experience in her field. Definitely a fantastic resource for our organization. Andrea had so many submissions from her colleagues across so many different categories, we can’t even come close to fitting them all in this post!? ? With that said, we think this one is a great example of why we’re so lucky to have Andrea:? ? “Andrea, aka Dre, is usually the first person a customer speaks to when they call us. She has one of the most difficult jobs of anyone—she’s the first voice customers hear, and always leaves them with a positive impression upon speaking with her. One of her duties is answering the phones with an energetic, happy-to-help-you attitude to direct their call to the proper person or department.? ? ?She always directs our customers where they need to be in the most impressive manner imaginable. We hear her all day, and it's very motivating how calm and helpful she comes off to our customers. We're proud to hear her positive attitude and nobody is better on the phones with customers!
