The Greeley market is home to multiple Fortune 1000 companies and ranks among the top 20 fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country. Grove Valdosta is a 192-unit community built in 2011, strategically positioned at Georgia's southern I-75 gateway with proximity to major ports including Savannah, Charleston, and Jacksonville. Located off the market's highest-traffic intersection, the Grove Valdosta sits in the heart of a robust market driven by education, healthcare, military, and manufacturing sectors.
