We’re excited to share a sneak peek of our latest restaurant project - Fatback Butcher! We partnered with Charlie McKenna of Lillie’s Q and the Fifty/50 Restaurant Group to bring some good to the bone butchery to downtown Chicago! Effortlessly French and charmingly grungy, the palette transports you to your favorite Parisian butcher shop that feels like it’s been in the neighborhood forever. Intricate metalwork, vintage furnishings, and distressed metals create a timeless yet edgy atmosphere where tradition and urban grit seamlessly coexist.
