The original company name was Beaumont Well Works, founded by Albert Eastham. Today, Eastham Forge, Inc. continues to supply customers with forgings of superior dimensional quality and metallurgical integrity. Company management has made many strides to expand and improve the capacity and efficiency of the facility. The latest additions are a state of the art heat treatment plant and a new machine shop. Eastham Forge approaches a promising future with a commitment to forging progress…by always offering customers a superior product that is engineered, produced and delivered in strict accordance to specification. F22 heat treating at Eastham Forge. We break down the grain structure in the forge shop but our heat treat facility can change the microstructure to enhance mechanical properties. We can physically lift 30,000 lbs with our track bound maniupulator and over-power the quench operation with 56,000 gallons of water. Our water quench tank has (4) 50 HP motors and an inline 150-ton chiller. Our transfer time is within 30 seconds coupled with 70°F water temperatures helps to ensure complete transformation. Our heat treat facility is computer controlled and surveyed to AMS2750. We are very fortunate to be able to forge and heat treat all in house.

Backward Extrusions: This is a classic example of displacing material back into the forging. If done correctly, this reduces input weight and we use this to our advantage. These forgings were produced in loose tooling designed here by our engineering team. These forgings will be rough machined then fully heat treated here at Eastham Forge. Eastham Forge is still hard at work while we are approaching year end. We have been in the forging business since 1913. We use some of the same practices and principles as when we first opened up.
