Owner, Hollis Wells Silverman, is James Beard Finalist for Outstanding Restauranteur. Executive Chef, Katarina Petonito and Pastry Chef Rochelle Cooper. Events and partnerships are led by Natalie Walker. We are here to elevate the hospitality industry itself.
