As part of our inclusive work culture, we celebrate cultural heritage by hosting events that bring our associates together to engage in educational arts & crafts and enjoy diverse cuisines. A hot meal, a warm message and a collaboration of kindness. Our SoCal associates recently spent their Saturday morning preparing a nourishing breakfast for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Pasadena. A home away from home for families with critically ill children, the nonprofit offers them respite as their loved ones receive medical care at nearby hospitals. Aligned with East West’s mission of supporting emerging and underrepresented artists, the gallery focuses on inclusivity and authenticity, showcasing art that challenges boundaries and fosters meaningful conversations. Located in Downtown Los Angeles, the gallery has helped amplify the careers of artists such as Javier Ramirez, Veronica Fernandez, Erin K. Wright, Sabrina Piersol, Tidawhitney Lek, and LWD (aka Little Walt Dog). Since the gallery was founded, East West has journeyed alongside Sow & Tailor’s growth. “I love how close-knit the bank is with me and my business,” said Karen. “I have made some amazing friends through East West! The bank has provided so many incredible opportunities to support the artists we work with and valuing my vision.” Earlier this month, Karen attended The Armory Show – New York, “showcasing the incredible Erin K. Wright’s beautiful work.
