Thanks to all who joined us on Monday for our Golf Tournament! Proceeds from the Golf Tournament support SFA Department of Earth Sciences & Geologic Resources scholarships, while promoting community and networking. Thanks Thomas Knight for organizing it this year!

I would like to take a moment to give a big shoutout to all of our players and sponsors for the 2024 East Texas Geological Society golf tournament. Being that it was the first year under my leadership the stress level was fairly high, however with the tremendous support we receive year after year this one went as smooth as always. I want to thank Kathy Moore and her team for assisting/spearheading the registration. I would also like to thank Julie Bloxson & Natalie Girlinghouse for representing the SFA AAPG Chapter at this event.
