We learned so much about where Lowe’s is heading and we look forward to seeing all the amazing enhancements coming this year. What a beautiful kitchen backsplash transformation. This customer was super excited to see their new tile backsplash. When they saw the finished result, they felt like they were in a new home. Today, I had the pleasure of joining the Salem, NH Lowe’s (Store #2382) for their Specialty Spotlight, focusing on filling up the pipeline. I even got to assist in selling a couple of details—well, mostly, I just had some great conversations with customers and answered a few questions, but it still felt great! While visiting, I witnessed a fantastic customer service experience. Jamie took the time to truly understand a customer’s concerns about tile for her bathroom, particularly her worry about slipping. Instead of just pointing her to polished stone, Jamie thoughtfully introduced her to slip-resistant options, ensuring she found a solution that met both her style and safety needs. We recognized a newly added installation team today in our NH workroom. Juan and his team have been such a great addition to our group of skilled craftsmen. It has just been about a month of working together and he is already exceeding LTR goals. When asked what his method is in driving a great experience on all of his projects, Juan simply said “Just listen to the customer, and they will tell you exactly what they want and how they feel, and you just accomplish that for them, no matter what it takes”. Last week we received this amazing gift from one of our amazing installer craftsman’s wife, named Isabel. She is an artist and wanted to commemorate her appreciation for East Coast Flooring and Window Treatments Inc and East Coast Millwork by creating this American flag out of wood with a blue and purple stripe representing both companies. We are taken back by the amazing artistry and craftsmanship of this peice. We hung it up at our corporate office today and it absolutely catches all eyes that walk by it.
