Rick is holding the 29th #patent that he was recently awarded by the United States Patent Office. This photo was taken in our Innovation conference room with some of the other EarthWay patents. Rick - On behalf of the entire team, thank you for 45 years of dedication to EarthWay and for continuing to listen to.. and serve our customers. About EarthWay patents: This latest patent is for our EarthWay spreader that provides precision application of the finest grass seed. Owners can then make a quick change to top dress sand on golf greens or make a quick change to high flow applications of graded mulch or ice melt products (including high moisture rock salt). It takes more than a year for a patent to be awarded. Stay tuned for more EarthWay #innovation as this is just one of the many patents in the engineering pipeline.

Don worked at Kultzer North America for five years leading the sales & manufacturing operations and was most recently in the President role. Don has led teams to achieve business growth over the last twenty years at Utilimaster, Carrier, and Robert Bosch.
