We’re thrilled to share the final plans for Earthtones Companies' new corporate office building. We will still be located in Midlothian at our current site; however, with our rapid growth across Texas and neighboring states, we’ve outgrown our current facilities. This added space will provide the room we need to support the ongoing expansion of our team, allowing us to continue delivering best-in-class customer service to our clients. We look forward to sharing updates on the build as construction begins, with completion slated for mid-summer 2025.

On January 30th, 2025, we will launch our new website, highlighting our vision, values, and refreshed branding as we step into the new year. As our company grows, we are focusing on refining our marketing strategies to better share our story—who we are, what we do, and the major milestones we achieve as we set the standard for excellence in landscaping. Below is a preview of the final website, and over the next week and a half, we will be updating our emails and signatures, logos on our trucks and trailers, and everything in-between. Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating Christmas with our Central and South Texas field teams. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication each week—our success wouldn’t be possible without them. A big thank you to our Earthtones Landscaping management staff for all the effort and care you put into making this celebration happen!

What an incredible way to kick off Thanksgiving! Today, we proudly celebrated two more team members, Santiago and Armando, receiving their permanent residency cards. Santiago has been with us for 15 years, and Armando for an impressive 20 years! Over six years ago, Earthtones Landscaping began the journey to secure permanent residency for several of our key employees. To date, we’ve celebrated this milestone with four team members, a testament to the dedication and support of our amazing owners, Justin Crocker and Christina Crocker. Their sponsorship made these dreams a reality—thank you both! Adding to the festivities, we held our first annual Chili and Cornbread Cookoff, both categories decisively won by our Fleet & Safety Director, Ryan Clarke. We’re thankful for our incredible team and wish everyone a safe and blessed Thanksgiving!
