Building a portfolio of bootstrapped SaaS products

I'm bullish on AI videos. It seems like LLMs are reaching a bit of a ceiling. At least, things aren't progressing as fast as it used to. But AI for image and video generation still has insane untapped potential. Look at this. The physics. The lighting. The subtle movements. You couldn't replicate this in a 3D program. It just wouldn't come out very natural-looking. And this, right here, is as bad as AI-generated videos will ever get. It costs Netflix $100M-$250M (on average) to produce a show. YouTube will soon have an abundance of Netflix-grade clips, videos, series, and shows. By individual creators. At home-budgets. And I couldn't be more pumped about it. Are you going to enter video in 2025?

I'd like to address something that bothers me. It's ai. Being called ai when there is nothing artificial about it and there is no intelligence. It is the wrong label. A better label is human ingenuity HI not AI Why? Because what people are calling ai are large language models that are trained on human content.

I really wish they'd stop calling it ai!

Some argue that society shouldn’t engage with AI. That pathway would be catastrophic. Any technology as transformative as AI holds immense promise, but also carries profound risk –?accelerating the surveillance state, developing new weapons, or creating a world of deepfakes. It's essential to recognize our agency in this transition. As individuals, we might choose our level of engagement with AI, but as a society, opting out isn't viable. The best way to neutralize risk and ensure AI works for everyone is to engage in its development from the very beginning. If we harness AI correctly—and collectively—society will experience super agency. What does that look like in practice? I don’t have all the answers, but we can start with real collaboration between government, business, and civil society. Our goal should be to empower individuals and industries with AI tools that enhance agency, creating ripple effects throughout society. Through trial and error and real engagement with tools in our everyday lives, we can sculpt how the technology is used for decades to come.?

Great article but it's even better with better technology. I'm not saying that just because I am competing with chat gpt, I'm saying that because I've learned more from not using chat gpt than from using it. By programming our own ai in house I've learned a lot more than from simply using chat gpt like everyone else is

How can we effectively showcase our AI technology in a world that values User Interface and UX? We acknowledge the appeal of these visually engaging videos, but there's a more profound opportunity beneath the surface. Integrating technologies like Chat GPT can indeed lead to engaging content, but with our AI, we can take that engagement to the next level. Our AI doesn't just replicate human creativity; it enhances it, producing outputs that often surpass what humans can achieve alone. The challenge lies in shifting the public's perception from eye-catching visuals to truly innovative AI capabilities. We are committed to creating websites that not only look good but are superior in functionality and user engagement compared to what humans could achieve alone. Instead of merely providing eye candy, our focus is on delivering real-world solutions that demonstrate the full potential of AI. Think of it like this: Using CANVA might help someone design, but professionals turn to Photoshop for real artistry. Similarly, while beginners might use GarageBand, professional musicians lean on Pro Tools or Cubase for their work. My point is, what if we could show you an AI that not only assists but amplifies human creativity through smarter backend interactions? If we could provide tools that result in content better than human efforts, would that pique your interest? Let’s inspire a change towards appreciating the depth of AI capabilities, not just the surface-level allure. How can we move forward together in this vision? #Innovation #ArtificialIntelligence #MachineLearning #TechTrends #FutureOfWork #DigitalTransformation #TechLeadership #StartUpLife #TechCommunity #AIforGood #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #RemoteWork #SaaS #Technology #Productivity #Leadership #CareerDevelopment #Networking #Creativity

What do we need to do in order to show our AI technology to a world that is obsessed with User Interface and UX? This is eye candy, but under the hood as soon as you put Chat GPT into it it becomes virtually unusable content. You could do the same thing, the same steps with our AI and produce better-than-human-alone output, but because of videos like this, people just jump on the bandwagon. If anyone knows how we can overcome this 'mindset' barrier, please drop me a line... These kinds of videos just show you how to make a website that looks 'lifeless' - just like every other AI generated website. We make websites that are better than human. In other words, for us to be happy, the output from our AI has to be better than the human could do alone. This process is just eye candy. Not feasible in a real-world scenario and the danger is that as long as people use tools like this, they will think that they're building great content. Let's use a different example. If you use CANVA does that make you an artist? What do PRO's use? Photoshop. If you're a musician, do you use Garage Band in the studio? Or do you use PRO Tools or Cubase? Do you see my point? What are your thoughts? What if I could show you an AI that actually and produce better than human results - because the human is writing the prompts into a smarter back-end? Would you be interested? NO AI was used to write this commentary.

Master AI before it masters you.

This AI made my website in 1 min. Here's how: # 1. I typed "Gamma AI" on Google. It's one of the hottest AI slide deck builders. And it now supports a website builder. You prompt it like ChatGPT, with words. # 2. I went to "Sites" (in beta) on Gamma. I am lazy. So are you. Go to ChatGPT and explain what you need. Then copy & paste the description to Gamma. # 3. Create your own website. → Generate the outline. → Select the number of cards. → Choose one of the design styles. → Add the links / images / information you want. That's it. You're done. You have a full website. ?? Repost this video to help someone master AI.

Master AI before it masters you.

Stop spending hours planning your content. Let ChatGPT do the work instead: ? Go to ChatGPT, open the GPT Store (left menu). ? Search for "Ruben Hassid", open "Calendar-GPT". ? Click on "Start", answer the question my GPT asks. It's free. It takes 2 min. And it counters overthinking. I wrote an entire (free) guide on it right here: ? https://lnkd.in/dz2BqKJX ?? Repost this PDF, if you find it helpful, to help others.
