There is a housing crisis across Africa, with 400MM more homes needed by 2050. At EarthEnable, we are on a mission to revolutionize the rural housing industry, through our innovative, affordable, and sustainable products, so that communities can create healthier and safer homes. Our holistic approach works at the intersection of climate change, rural health, thriving communities, sustainability and food insecurity. We use proprietary, natural sealants to innovate compressed earth construction, creating building materials that are durable and safe, as well as affordable, local, and naturally climate-resilient. Our model is literally rooted in community, works with any type of earth and easily scalable—all people need to get started is earth. EarthEnable buildings are sustainable, safe, climate-resilient, affordable and healthy—but more than that, they’re home. We lead with thought, care, and heart in everything we do.
