This Celebration of the Hands honors the annual tradition of the Hanging of the Hands which began in 1986. This stunning visual display of children’s art is collected from early learning programs and schools across the state and arranged to be displayed by region. These beautiful hands serve as a reminder to legislators, advocates, and all visitors to the Capitol that thousands of Florida’s children are impacted by the policy decisions made by the legislature.
