Early Bird recently had its Area Director offsite back where it all started - Jeffersontown in Louisville, KY! Despite the ongoing snowstorm, our team gathered from various parts of the country to spend valuable time together to reaffirm company values, align around our quality initiatives for this year and reinforce success routine best practices for multi-unit leaders.
