Reporting directly to the Regional VP Sales and Marketing, this developmental position is aimed at preparing the individual for a future assignment, within the Eagle network, as a Territory Sales Manager or Technical Services Manager.?This process is expected to take approximately 12 months and concludes when the new position is offered.?During the training period the individual will be exposed to Eagle strategies and tactics for technical support, troubleshooting, promotional and sales and marketing.?The position will be based in the Kansas City market; however, travel is expected to occur regularly throughout the Eagle network.?Ideally, the candidate’s experience will grow and be able to support, at some level, our customers and sales & operations teams during this period.
