Eagle Industrial Park

Eagle Industrial Park is in Sauget, Illinois immediately across the Mississippi River adjacent to Downtown St Louis, Missouri with easy access to major highway’s 55, 44, 64, 70, 270 and 255. The 35-acre industrial park occupies the former property of Big River Zinc Corp. For over 60 years, the zinc refinery produced 100,000 tons of zinc per year. Zinc refining operations were suspended at the plant in 2006 and was converted to a full-service trans-loading operation. Buildings on the property comprise 103,903 SF, offering a wide variety of tenant options. In addition, numerous liquid and dry bulk storage tanks are situated with rail and truck loading stations. Eagle Industrial Park offers excellent intermodal activity with rail, truck and local barge access. Onsite is 3,000 feet of rail spur, served by the Terminal and KC Southern Railroads. Over 10 of the 60-acre park are dedicated to trailer parking and outdoor storage, with a certified truck scale onsite.
