We already miss AASA, The School Superintendents Association #NCE2025...so we're sharing one more partner story! Coming out of EAB’s High-Performance District research, Louisa County Public Schools saw an opportunity to build their team’s capacity for change— specifically helping the team initiate and manage change effectively. These leaders are driving the implementation of the?Virginia 5 C's?in classrooms and providing essential guidance to staff. Through a series of workshops, lead teachers and instructional teams set the stage for implementing these plans with clarity and guidance. Teams had the opportunity to present their plans to each other to see how other groups were advancing and identify areas for potential pitfalls through a pre-portem exercise. We're keeping the momentum going with our partner success stories! Madison Elementary School District had recently developed a strategic plan, but needed help putting it into practice.... Through a series of workshops, EAB experts worked closely with the superintendent, Kimberly Guerin, and her leadership team to align their KPIs to Kim’s personal superintendent goals and build focused goals with specific, attainable objectives. EAB experts then worked with the leadership team to take a few specific initiatives from the strategic plan and build a plan for moving them forward. -- This had a dual benefit: 1) the leadership team felt less overwhelmed, with more direction and focus. 2) the board was very impressed that Kim had aligned her superintendent goals to the district KPIs – they had never seen this before. We are live at AASA, The School Superintendents Association #NCE2025! ?? ?? For the first of our three partner success stories we will be sharing this week, we are thrilled to recognize Hatboro-Horsham School District (PA). Since 2019, as partners, they have been able to utilize us in a meaningful and broad capacity. One key feature of their partnership is how well they plug in with EAB. We’ve been able to work with their Director of Special Projects and Systems on AI to serve as a support on their AI policy rollout, their Supervisor of Curriculum on continued implementation of Science of Reading, and their entire team on High Performance Districts, in addition to more specific one-off research needs. Superintendent Dr. Scott Eveslage says one of the greatest benefits is that [EAB’s] content is grounded in the research on best practices and data and that our content is really connected to supporting their specific initiatives in the district.
