We're proud to announce the building of a portfolio of both pull-out and torque out test data for #inserts MoldMaking Technology. Insert pull-out strength is determined by installation in various test blocks of materials and threading a bolt into the #insert. Then, the bolt is pulled upwards until the insert is pulled out and the machine records the value. As reported by Worldwide Fastener Sources, the #manufacturing PMI registered 46.5 percent in October, 0.7 percentage point lower than September's 47.2. New orders and backlogs contracted, along with production and employment. According to the FCH Sourcing Network, the Fastener Distributor Index (FDI) jumped to 59.0 in September, versus 53.8 previously.
