We are excited to announce that E'CLAT Security Group is now HUBZone Certified. We believe that even one step forward is a mark of progress. Our guiding philosophy, "For People. For Fairness. For Prophet," stands at the core of our ethos. The term "Prophet" is intentionally chosen as a double entendre, representing the visionary spirit that drives our work. We firmly believe that without embracing this ethos, meaningful progress is unattainable.

I was reminded of the importance of diversity and inclusion when one of our field leaders pulled me aside and told me they were emotional when they saw me get on stage at our annual conference. Knowing I hadn’t delivered my best I was surprised until I heard the why. She shared it was encouraging to know that a minority can succeed in the workplace. She felt as a Hispanic Leader she needed that reassurance. D&I is more important than the statistics that it is measured by. It’s about productivity, belonging and discretionary effort. If there is no flag planted, then there is no where for associates to reach! Thank you to my teammate who reminded me of this important lesson!
